Nick Loosley - Founder & Board Chair

Founder & Board Member

Nick combined his love of food with a passion for change after witnessing the scale of food waste firsthand. During his Masters Studies in the UK Nick visited a dozen food projects, then turned his vision for reducing waste into Everybody Eats.

Shamim Hossain - Support Chef, Auckland

Shamim believes in the power of food to nourish both body and spirit. Drawing on a deep understanding of flavour and resourcefulness, he transforms rescued ingredients into inclusive, waste-free dishes. At Everybody Eats, he is committed to creating meals that honour dignity, celebrate abundance, and bring people together through shared kai.

A hospitality pro with a love for bringing people together, Amanda manages food rescue in Auckland and Everybody Eats Glen Innes. Her role blends community joy and great food, uniting volunteers and diners for meals with heart and music-filled evenings.
